PerfectFit Program Details
Fit is personal and we want to celebrate this by offering $20 towards a custom fitting with every sunglasses purchase. It's simple: 1. Enroll in the program2. We refund you $20 to your original form of payment3. You bring your sunglasses to your local optical shop for adjustment*Please note sunglasses cannot be returned after enrolling in this program.
After enrolling in the program via the google form you can expect it to take 1-3 business days for enrollment validation. Upon validation you will receive a $20 refund to the original form of payment and the sunglasses become non-returnable.

If the frames feel a bit tight or a bit too loose, or they aren't resting on your nose in the right spot, you should enroll. These are all small adjustments than can be made to improve comfort!

1. Program Overview:
The PerfectFit Program (“Program”) allows customers who purchase XING sunglasses to receive a $20 credit toward professional adjustments at a local optician.
2. Enrollment:
Customers must enroll in the Program within 30 days of recorded delivery. Each pair of sunglasses purchased must be enrolled separately to receive the credit. Enrollment after this period will not be accepted.
3. Credit Issuance:
The $20 credit will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Currently, only credit card payments are supported.
4. No Liability:
XING is not responsible for any damages to sunglasses during or as a result of adjustments made by any third-party optician.
5. Return Policy:
Upon enrolling in the Program, customers forfeit any rights to return the enrolled sunglasses. Any prior return policy associated with the enrolled product is void once enrollment is complete.
6. General:
By participating, customers agree to these terms and acknowledge that participation is voluntary. XING reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
